Established in 1996 as a form/fill/seal blister packaging operation, the customer base of JLM Pharmatech has grown rapidly as a result of the FDA rulings on iron-containing products and requirements for child-resistant unit-dose blister packaging of those products.
JLM Pharmatech moved to a new facility in Spring 2005 and completed a major renovation and construction project. JLM Pharmatech’s capabilities include contract product development of oral solids, manufacturing, bottling, pouching and blister packaging.
The company is now able to provide its ever-growing contract customer base with a complete turnkey operation at reasonable prices. Their knowledge and experience in product formulations, manufacturing, stability programs, process validations, cleaning validations, contamination and dosage form design provides customers with state-of-the-art capabilities.
JLM Pharmatech’s facility is conveniently located in Seymour, adjacent to I-65 and within a one-hour drive to I-70 and I-64. The facility contains 16,250 square feet of GMP warehouse space, 9,000 square feet of GMP packaging area, 6,000 square feet of GMP manufacturing area, and 3,500 feet dedicated to offices and the laboratory.
